Respect each other’s boundaries

twoDate is intended for two partners who choose to share a space. Only share your invitation code with your partner. Do not add data or images you are not entitled to share. Do not use the app for intimidation, threats, stalking, discrimination or sexual content without consent.

No child sexual abuse or exploitation

twoDate prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking for sexual purposes and any behaviour that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers children.

Creating, uploading, saving, distributing, requesting or offering Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is prohibited. This also applies to digitally created material and content in a private space. These rules apply regardless of the user’s age. twoDate is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Making a report

Report abuse or a child safety concern to info@twodate.app. This is twoDate’s safety contact. State that your report concerns twoDate, what happened and, if known, which account or content is involved. Share only the information needed to understand the report.

Do not attach sexual images of children or create or distribute new copies. A written description and a reference to the relevant content or account are enough to start an investigation. Never share passwords or confirmation codes.

How we handle reports

We assess reports and prioritise indications of child sexual abuse or exploitation. When an incident is confirmed, we make relevant content inaccessible, take appropriate action on the account and cooperate with competent authorities under applicable law. We report confirmed material to the competent national or regional authority where required by law. Any retention for an investigation is limited to what is necessary and lawful.

We may ask for additional information for an investigation. We treat report data confidentially and use it for handling the report, security and legal obligations. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality where a legal report is required.

Immediate danger

Contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger. An email to twoDate is not an emergency report and is not guaranteed to be read immediately.
